- Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon Receipt of a Valid DMCA Notice:
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following actions:
- Promptly acknowledge receipt of your notice.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material of your infringement claim and provide them with a copy of your notice.
- Allow the user the opportunity to provide a counter-notification in accordance with the DMCA.
- Take further appropriate actions as required by the DMCA and applicable laws.
Counter-Notification:
If your content has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared on RojoNews.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which RojoNews may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
